The ART of Reducing in Photoshop

As humans, we have the tendency to overdo things. The bitter truth is that we don't realize this at the moment, but when we do it's already too late. But no more in Photoshop. In this video, we are going to learn how to fade or decrease the effect of any filter or tool in Photoshop just after application. This is totally different from opacity as the intensity of the effect will be affected, not the transparency.

Be it any filter from the filter gallery, as in the brush strokes, textures etc. or even tools like patch tool can be controlled by using this technique. It helps you monitor the intensity and decrease or increase it according to your liking after the fact.
