Settings and Exposure

Camera on Tripod
Aperture Priority Mode
Spot Metering Mode - Metered off one of the gray buildings
Single-point Focus Mode - Focused on the square building toward the middle -- the building that I mentioned that my studio is in.
2.5sec, F8, iso: 400 at 24mm
