How to Create Bokeh Lighting Portrait Effect In Photoshop - Add Light Blur Background to Photos
In this photoshop photo effects tutorial, learn how to create realistic and beautiful lighting background bokeh in photoshop.

Create Background Bokeh Lighting Effect in Photoshop.

Open an image or portrait with Lights as a background.

First of all, you need to extract main subject from background.

Choose Select And Mask.

Take Quick Selection Tool and select the subject.

Now take Refine Edge Brush Tool.

Brush over soft areas such as hair to add fine details to the selection.
